Censitrac® New Release
Coming April 29th
Release 3.6

On Sunday, April 29th, Censis will release the latest enhancements to Censitrac®.  Included in Release 3.6:

EMPLOYEE EFFICIENCY MODULE

Capture and analyze employee activity data in a more comprehensive way.  Standard and actual hours are automatically accumulated for non-Censitrac® related activities as the technicians scan to custom tasks, and for Censitrac® transactions as they perform their normal work in Censitrac®.  This data can then be used to analyze trends for improvement opportunities and quantify total volume of work performed.

TRACKING UNMARKED PEEL PACKS

Customers can track peel packs containing unmarked items to their current scanned location.  Sterilizer load recalls will display the current location for these peel packs for easy retrieval.  As these peel packs are scanned to a case Censitrac® also records traceability to the sterilizer load they were processed in.

AND MORE

New release enhancements are dependent on your current Censitrac® level of service.  Contact Your Account Manager at(888) 877-3010, option 1, for more details.

ScopeTrac
Endoscope Tracking and Management

Track Your Scopes With ScopeTrac

The ScopeTrac module within Censitrac® provides the health care industry with a powerful solution for managing your endoscope inventory, providing comprehensive on-line instructions for the reprocessing staff, and collecting electronic records in the chain of accountability for scope handling.

With the recent increased focus in the industry on endoscope reprocessing, guidelines from the FDA, the CDC, Joint Commission, and AAMI highlight the need for having controlled processes in place for handling scopes. These processes will reduce the risk of transmitting infection and improve patient safety. Recommendations from these organizations include:

  • Document the inventory of all scopes
  • Provide staff with accurate and up to date procedures for each scope type
  • Track maintenance on all scopes
  • Assure disinfection/sterilization prior to each use
  • Record reprocessing and utilization details

Censitrac®'s ScopeTrac will allow you to fulfill all of these recommendations and much more.

Depending on your Censitrac® level of service, you may already have this functionality.  Please contact your Account Manager at(888) 877-3010, option 1, for more details.
