From the President

We look forward to visiting with you at this year's 59th Annual AORN Congress in New Orleans. The AORN Congress is always a special opportunity for us to visit with our current users and introduce the latest enhancements to Censitrac®, and of course we always  welcome the opportunity to visit with anyone looking to add instrument management capabilities to their facility.

Last year we introduced our scope tracking capabilities and our enhanced customer portal of our website. This year we are highlighting our RTLS (Real Time Location System (RFID)) advancements and demonstrating the power of our new Employee Productivity capabilities. Please stop Booth Number 3346 and let us give you a brief overview.

New Orleans is a very fun city with many great attractions and the Congress is very hectic. We truly appreciate you taking your valuable time to visit with us. I think you will find your visit very informative and rewarding.

See you in New Orleans!

Operations
In House Changes
New Team Members

The operations area of Censis is undergoing management and staffing adjustments both in the implementations and customer service areas of our business. At the end of 2011, I was assigned the responsibility of overseeing the operations department of Censis Technologies, Inc.

Implementations

To overview these changes, we have broken down the implementations department into two geographic zones; 1) North and East will be overseen and managed by Brad King, and 2) South and West will be managed by Kevin Bevill. Many of you know both Brad and Kevin who both are long standing members of the Censis operations team.

On January 1st 2012, Scot Brown and Ryan Foglesong transitioned from customer service and help desk responsibilities in order to assist us with building a first class implementation experience for new users of Censitrac®. I want to take a moment to openly thank them for assisting the company with this endeavor. Becoming capable of implementing Censitrac® more efficiently is a primary goal for the operations department during 2012.

Account Management

Over the last few weeks we have and will continue to refocus our customer service department to become responsible for the full customer satisfaction of the Censitrac® application through our customary 'help desk' services as well as responsible for customer upgrades and contract renewals. This department is being renamed as 'account management' to more closely reflect its responsibilities to our customer base.

Project Management

Daniel Roeder has accepted the responsibility of Operations Project Manager. In this new role, Daniel will manage the pre-implementation and scheduling of all new unimplemented accounts. He will also serve to assist the Account Management department with Tier 2 technical support calls.

In addition to the above staff realignments, the following have been recently added or have had adjusted responsibilities to the Censis operations team in the last few weeks;

  • Brian Wimberly - Director of Account Management
  • Shane Petyak - Senior Account and Marking Manager
  • Walter Keith - Account Manager
  • Romie Molina - Account Manager
  • Philip Fallin - Account Manager
  • Stephen Paterson - Implementation Specialist
  • Xanthia Fralix - Implementation Specialist
  • Paul McCollum - Implementation Specialist

As we continue with this transition over the next few weeks, please feel free to make any suggestions you deem appropriate and thank you for your ongoing support of Censitrac®.
