From the President
We are excited about our inaugural Censitrac® Users Conference and hope to see you in Nashville August 14th- 16th. We have an agenda planned that I believe you will find very informative and rewarding. Plus the planned activities outside the conference promise to make it worth the trip!
At the conference you will see first-hand our new interfaces to the oneSOURCE documents service, sterilizer interfaces with Belimed, Getinge and Sterrad and of course have the opportunity to network with other Censitrac® users. The conference will be an open discussion and we look forward to hearing from you!
Please visit our web site www.censis.net to register. You will find the information at the registration site very useful. Over the next few weeks information about sponsorships, speakers and agenda items will be added. Please visit the site often for updates and announcements.
See you in Nashville!

The Vanderbilt Student Life Center located on the campus of Vanderbilt University will play host to this year's inaugural Censitrac® Users Conference (CtUC11). Many exciting current and future functionality topics will be discussed during the two day session. In addition to functionality, several opportunities will exist for you to network with other Censitrac® users and industry peers including;
- Registration and welcome reception planned for Sunday evening at the Nashville Marriott at Vanderbilt University, this year's conference hotel,
- Reception and Dinner planned for Monday evening at a wonderful downtown Nashville venue called One Eleven. Located in the heart of Nashville's Historic Lower Broadway, One Eleven features unmatched views of downtown Nashville including the beautiful skyline, honky-tonk bars, and Cumberland River.
 One Eleven
- Tour of the Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) Case Cart Operations Center (VCCOC). This state of the art 51,000 square foot facility is located approximately 9 miles from the main VUMC Campus. The facility is wholly owned and staffed by VUMC employees and operates on a 24/7 basis. The center produces, on average, between 105 - 125 case carts each day Monday through Friday and processes approximately 264,000 single instrument or 6,750 trays each month and uses Censitrac® to track at the instrument level.
Also planned will be presentations by this year's premier vendor sponsors of CtUC11 as well as a CEU session on Tuesday afternoon. Led by Matt Rudolph of Spectrum Surgical Instrumentation, this educational credit session will cover proper ridged and flexible scope reprocessing procedures.
Don't miss this opportunity to visit with other Censitrac® users at CtUC11!

Our Product Development team has been busy during the first half of this year working on additional interfaces between Censitrac® and other systems.
- Interface with ASP Sterrad NX and 100NX devices is in production. This enables Censitrac® to automatically capture an electronic version of the tape output from these machines and store the data for audits and reporting.
- Interface with Getinge sterilizers is in production providing this same automated capture of electronic tape output in Censitrac® for audits and reports.
- Interface with Belimed sterilizers is in production to provide this same electronic sterilization record keeping.
- Interface with the "oneSOURCE document site" is in production at several customer sites for final testing prior to our announced release. You can find more information about oneSOURCE at www.onesourcedocs.com and decide if your facility would be interested in subscribing to their service.
We'll be discussing all of these new interfaces in more detail at our Censitrac® Users Conference in Nashville, August 14 - 16. There will also be a session to share what we're working on for future releases and hear your ideas for new enhancements to Censitrac.®
I look forward to seeing you at CtUC11!
