Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 23 selects Censitrac® August 29, 2010

Censitrac® has been selected by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs VISN 23 for implementation throughout the entire network’s VA health care system. VISN 23 serves veterans residing in the states of Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and portions of Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, Wisconsin and Wyoming.

Over the next few months Censitrac’s InstrumenTrac system will be deployed providing each hospital the ability to track individual surgical instruments, trays, endoscopes, reprocessing data and mobile equipment.

The VHA sites of care include Central Iowa VAHCS, Fargo VAMC, Iowa City VAMC, Minneapolis VAMC, Nebraska/Western VAHCS, Sioux Falls, VAMC, St. Cloud VAMC, Fort Meade VAMC and Hot Springs VAMC.
