We are excited about attending this year's 57th Annual Association of Perioperative Nurses' (AORN) Congress. The AORN Congress is always a great opportunity for us to visit with our current clients and introduce Censitrac® to attendees looking for the best Instrument Management System on the market. This year is even more exciting for us as we will be introducing our new ScopeTrac capabilities as well as the enhanced customer portal of our website. In the Technology section below you'll find a brief overview of ScopeTrac's functionality and how this will assist in meeting the new FDA, CDC and VA's endoscope processing guidelines. Please stop by Booth Number 3838 and let us give you a brief demonstration. We will also be able to show you the enhancements we are in the process of incorporating into our website that will allow you to order equipment and supplies on line, access training material, and review answers to frequently asked questions. We will also be adding demonstration videos and building an archive of webinars that we host for our customers.

Censis is near completion of a new product designed specifically for tracking endoscopes. In November the FDA, the CDC and the VA published a Safety Communication addressing endoscope processing and the impact on infection control and patient safety. ScopeTrac is specifically designed to address their recommendations, including:
- Identify all scopes by manufacturer, model, serial number, unique device ID,
- Establish reprocessing procedures for each scope, that are easily accessible to staff
- Track the current location within the facility, age and maintenance history of each endoscope
- Provide easy access to manufacturer's cleaning instructions
You'll be able to provide detailed reprocessing instructions for the technicians, see your complete scope inventory at a glance, record history of uses, have accountability of technicians performing the reprocessing, and much more. Some of the features included are:
- Step-by-step instructions for reprocessing the scopes displayed on-line
- Manufacturer's instructional material presented to the technician as they process a scope
- Electronic recording of technician processing the scope and leak test results
- Electronic records of disinfecting/sterilizing
- Traceability to each case a scope is used on

Customer Support Portal
We are excited to announce our new Customer Support portal on the Censis website. In this section we will have answers to some of the most commonly asked questions about Censitrac®. We will also include hardware and software support documentation along with instructional videos that can be viewed at your leisure. In the near future, you will receive information on how to obtain a login and password that will enable you to view this section.

For your convenience, Censis will soon allow clients to make hardware and supply orders via the Censis Secure Order website. Orders can be placed using a purchasing card or a standard purchase order. An introductory email with detailed instructions will be distributed in the near future, so please pass the information along to whoever will be placing your orders.
